Very friendly service - As in Barcelona, Spain, we received a very friendly welcome. The staff were very attentive. The quality of the restaurant was very tasty. Everything was clean and the surroundings were just hard rock! We love it!

Fun Food & Music great combination a must if your in Lisbon - Went late afternoon been several times before always good fun.
Shout out to Cristiano great friendly service thank you.
One night in Bangkok sharing shrimp amazing to start with
as was the New York Strip & Bacon Cheese burgers - shared hot fudge brownie dessert
Not cheap but good portions &
fab cocktails
Music and atmosphere wonderful.

Great service at Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon - I wanted to give a shout out to our server Tessia on November 9, 2022. She was awesome. The staff at Hard Rock Cafe's are always good but she was exceptional. She provided ideas and suggestions for our dinner and they were all good. Great personality and superb service. Thank you Tessia for making our experience fun and thank you Hard Rock for always finding great people to staff your restaurants.

Lovely Birthday Dinner! - Table was ready as scheduled. The Staff was very nice and went an extra mile to make this a tremendous experience. It was our daughter's birthday and she just loved it! Thanks to all the staff specially to Ricardo at Hard Rock Lisbon!

Excellent everything. - Wonderful greetings at the door . We were seated and the service was second to none. Our waiter Ginger was so pleasant and helpful. Really a nice person. There was three of us and all our meals were excellent. Then the manager came over and asked if we enjoyed our food. He got into a big conversation with us. Such a really pleasant experience and staff excellent. Of course love all the guitars etc. great classic car hanging from ceiling. Thanks

Very good 👌 - This was my 8th HRC to visit and this was in my top two. Food was hot and fresh and the cocktails were also good. Would recommend this even though it is slightly overpriced but that is to be expected

Messi burger - Having been a little prejudiced by some of the negative reviews we had read, we were warmly welcomed by a kind and knowledgeable staff who spoke Portuguese, English and even a little Italian. good burgers.

Bad - The service was good but the food was terrible. I ordered the mini Burger and I Asked for well done but they came out almost RAW at my first bite and blood in my plate. I returned them and they offered me free desert but I was not hungry anymore so they broth me the bill with no compensation , The manager told me he took the temperature after we returned the burgers (15 min later) and they were ok according to him . Finally they credited me the replacing Flatbread we ordered but I had
to argue with him . This was my 54th HardRock in the word and the worst one I've everbeen. I should had taken a picture of the burgers. He kept my bill of 50$ because he forgot to add my unity card.
