A great way to discover Lisbon - I actually could not do this tour as I was the only one who had booked it. So instead they offered me to join the city tour. I really enjoyed it. We were a small group, six including our guide Sophia. Sophia was most charming and made the tour light and fun. Her explanations were very good, informative but delivered with humour. The bikes are amazing. Large tyres for the cobble stones and enough power to go up the hills easily. There is one climb that got us puffing a bit, but the rest was easy. I recommend the fresh lemonade at the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, the highest point in Lisbon.

An unexpected VIP experience - We initially booked two spots for a tour in English. When the day arrived it was only us two taking the tour with Daniele, who turned out spoke Spanish as well, so it made things easier for all of us! He made sure we were safe while heading to the riverside and explained Lisbon's history and the every single spot along the way in detail. When we finally got there we had some delicious Pastéis de Belém! After the tour was over he sent some additional Lisbon recommendations to complement out holiday. Would 100% recommend!

Great tour, lots of fun - We did this electric bike tour as a fantastic way to see the river Tagus in Lisbon. Our guide, Eduardo, was absolutely brilliant. He was very considerate to our youngest daughter who initially was a bit nervous on an electric bike but was soon riding confidently. Eduardo was also very informative about the sights we stopped to see and helped make the whole trip a very enjoyable & engaging experience.

A great safe tour! - A brilliant tour with Pedro Vinicius! Super knowledgeable and careful and considerate with my wife who is not such a confident cyclist but felt reassured under his guidance and support. All the way to Belem, pastries at the end and some great sightseeing on the way. At the quiet areas managed to get some decent speed up as well!

Nice tour if your wheels stay on - Myself and friend enjoyed this. We were the only ones attending on this day which was great for going at our own pace. Matilda was really nice and gave us good bits of history along the way. However, the reason this has 3 stars is due to a potentially very dangerous incident where my front wheel came off… obviously so did I. Thankfully I did not injure myself… I was going slowly up a kerb. I think the quick release wheel nut had gradually been loosening and after around 2.5hrs the kerb jolted it enough to come off! Matilda was very concerned about my well-being but didn’t know basic bike maintenance like putting wheel on. With the help of some passers by we got the wheel back on quickly and went on our way (Matilda took my bike this time). My complaint is not aimed at the guides, I would like Boost to consider inductions and procedures before setting off on each tour. Ensuring wheel nuts are properly fastened would be on that checklist. Thanks!

Electric bike disaster in Lisbon - The trip was not as described. There was no proper briefing about the route or safety. The leader was not a safe cyclist and took a large group along part of the river, on roads, through car parks - approx 60% was riverside the other 40% over unstable terrain. She did not use her bell once nor alert walkers to our presence. She braked suddenly with out warning and I was on screed between road and kerb, braked suddenly, skidded and was unable to hold the bike steady. I fell off, badly cut my hand , landed on my side - after an and e visit discovered my rib is fractured. The leader did not lead. She told me she has a blood phobia and could not help me with basic first aid. The trip was not professionally led. The procedures for dealing with such an incident were inefficient and the rest of the group had to wait around for about an hour. I emailed the company after but no one has replied. I am in considerable pain and have been warned it may take up to 6 months to heal.
