SCAM - SCAM! Don't do it! I booked for 7 people last weekend, but when arrived at the location there was nobody there. The telephone numbers provided don't work and I'm still waiting for a response to my chat messages I sent in the available chat function... Even when I asked around at the location (in front of the ice cream shop at Cais de Sodre), they never seen anything like a bike tour. Luckily I got my money back via Tripadvisor, but just don't waste your time, energy and money on this.
