Sintra, Cintra, Cascais and Estonia - Louis was an amazing guide. Knowledgeable and polite, he took us on a fabulous tour explaining history and answering all of our questions. He was charming and very informative and just a delightful addition to our trip. I would highly recommend this tour - we fell in love with Cascais and plan to return!

Great tour and excellent tour guide - We had a great day tour thanks to our guide Joao! He was a wealth of information and we learned so much of the history behind every stop we made that day. There was only one other person besides me and my husband so it made the tour so personalized. FYI- Pena Palace in Sintra was beautiful but be sure to wear comfortable shoes. There was a lot of uphill walking to get to the palace.

Great tour - Sintra was amazing, our guide was excellent and was able to make the history very enjoyable. The trip out to the most western part of Europe was well worth the time.

Excellent tour of the Peña Castle and a coastal journey we’ll never forget! - We absolutely loved Valerio! He was funny and passionate about Portugal and its history. Sintra was absolutely gorgeous….we couldn’t stop taking pictures….we loved the gardens and views from the castle! From there we went to Cabo de Roca. The views there are spectacular! Next we drove along the coast to Cascais, a beautiful resort town where we had lunch and gelato and enjoyed the views of the historic harbor. On our way back to Lisbon, we drove along the coast through Estoril. Finally we stopped at the Monument of Discovery, per our wish. There we learned all about Portugal’s rich history of exploration! Bravo Valerio! We loved you!

Excellent!!! - The Sinatra excursion was a full day of information provided by a very personable and knowledgeable person. Loved that it was a small group which allowed us to get to know each other. Our tour guide was an excellent!!! Best tour we ever had. Five-star excursion!

Perfect way to visit Sintra! - Great way to see Sintra and the surrounding area. Hugo our tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and accommodating of the group’s needs.

Mixed view of Estoril, Cascais, Sintra trip - Stop at Sintra lighthouse was a highlight. Would have liked more time in Cascais. Peña palace was too long and much too detailed; impossible to absorb so much detail. Also, never stopped at Estoril, but just drove through it. Would not recommend trip unless the person wanted mainly just the palace.

Worst tour operator response to emergency - Bad experience in dealing with tour operator as we couldn’t make it to Lisbon due to last minute flight cancellation which was out of our hand We paid 320$ for 3 adults and send them proof of flight cancellation but they didn’t agree to refund or give other options Viator should better find a policy for emergencies that prevent people from attending the tours
