Highlights
  • 25 de Abril Bridge - Enjoy the ride along the Tagus River and the view of 25th April Bridge, inaugurated in 1966. It is often compared to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco (USA) because they are both suspension bridges of similar colour.
  • Torre de Belem - Appreciate this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site, built during the time Portugal became a big empire overseas. Belém Tower is a 16th-century fortification, that served both as a fortress and as a ceremonial gateway to Lisbon.
  • Mosteiro dos Jeronimos - Be amazed by the Manueline architecture style of Hieronymites Monastery, built next to an important harbour for the navigators during Portuguese Age of Discovery. The construction of the monastery and church began in 1501 and was completed 100 years later. Is was classified as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.
  • Padrao dos Descobrimentos - Located along the river where ships departed to explore and trade with India and the Orient, the monument celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery during the 15th and 16th centuries. It was built between November 1958 and January 1960 to celebrate the fifth centennial anniversary of the death of Infante Henry the Navigator.
  • Pastéis de Belém - In no other place in the world, you can try Pastéis de Belém. It’s a trademark and the original custard tart, from which all others Pastéis de Nata derive from. Invented by the monks who lived in Hieronymites Monastery, Pastéis de Belém are cooked in this pastry shop since 1837. With us, you skip the long line.
  • MAAT - Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology - The front building of this museum, like a wave of the Tagus River, is absolutely sublime. The Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology was open in 2016 and includes the thermoelectric power station nearby.

Great - Relaxing and enjoyable tour with our guide Nelson who was knowledgeable and helpful. Would not reccommend his tour for someone with back issues or dizziness as roads are very rocky

Great. - A beautiful discovery of the city with a very ecological means of transport. We had a great Guide (André Bento), speaks great French and introduced us to the city wonderfully. We immediately feel that he loves his city because we had all the explanations at every place we visited. Another big thank you.

Fun way to see the city sites! - We had limited time in Lisbon and spent the morning wandering the hills of the old city, so to save our legs booked a Belem tour in a Tuk Tuk to catch those sites too. This worked out perfect. The company reached out to us ahead of the tour to confirm pick up location, which was appreciated. Our tour guide Thomas was excellent, he was prompt at the meeting spot, meet up went as expected, he spoke perfect English & was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and history. It was an excellent tour! We were also very happy when he offered to drop us off closer to our lodging, which saved us from more hills! Fun way to see the city! There are many options for Tuk Tuk tours in Lisbon & I was happy this choice was excellent!

Best way to see Lisbon! - Arthur M. Was our tour guide and he was incredible! He was very knowledgeable, funny, and made the tour! He took us to places based off of our interests and timing. He was a great driver and is an amazing human! We had a blast and would 10/10 recommend doing any Tuk Tuk with this company while in Lisbon. The streets are very steep hills with slippery cobblestone so it was definitely the easiest and safest way to get around. After the Tuk Tuk, we were able to independently explore thanks to everything Arthur showed us. Obrigada for the great experience!
