A Great Time was Had By All!!! - We had such a nice time leisurely boating with Lisbon Yellow Boat. We launched on time and took a round trip of the harbor which lasted almost two hours. The staff and servers were great and the views of Lisbon from the boat were excellent. Also, the cost of the tour per-person was VERY reasonably. I highly recommend, especially if you have kids. Great way to spend quality time together.

River boat tour - Very good for viewing main attraction along the river. Take in some lovely sights. Passengers can leave the boat to view attractions.

Could be better - Shorter than expected and quite boring to be honest. I really expected more. At least a little bit of history sharing from the guide or something. It was nothing more than a public transport ferry

Boat trip without stopping - - Boat left too late - there was no stop and you could never get off, no information about it was given - it was nice to see Lisbon from the water

Unfair Boarding Policy - It was an okay experience. The reason for only 3 stars is because after purchasing on line tickets the day before and showing up to get in line (in the heat) for 20+ minutes ahead of the 11am ride the boat tour ran a bit late because we had to wait for a tour group who had purchased the Yellow Boat Tour as part of a Belem day. The tour group were allowed to board immediately and promptly took up all the prime viewing seats on the top of the boat. This seemed very unfair for the rest of us who had purchased tickets ahead of time for the Boat Tour only. Non of this was made clear on the website when we purchased full price tickets. I would not recommend joining the Yellow Boat tour unless you do it as part of a package to receive priority boarding…..:/

Nice views but that's all. - Nice views. Boat was not very clean and the sound system was horrible. They also need a shady place to wait for the boat

BOAT CANCELLED WITH NO NOTICE - The boat trip from Lisbon to Belem on Saturday was nice enough but the reason we picked a hop on, hop off was so we could spend time in Belem and come back to Lisbon later. When we disembarked at Belem nobody bothered to tell us that the next - and last of the day - boat had been cancelled. So, when we were ready to return we stood around for ages wondering why it was late, only to find out from someone who didn’t even work for the company that they’d cancelled it, We then had to pay for a taxi to bring us back to Lisbon. As there we’re 3 of us I paid €66 for what was basically a one-way boat ride to Belem, and had the expense of a taxi home afterwards. I’ve emailed the company to ask for a partial refund and had zero response so far. Pretty shocking customer service. If you’re thinking of doing this trip, make sure you double check that the boat you want to return on is actually running.

Need to use voucher on June 15 - Sorry but I didn't go. My flight was delayed arrival. So I didn't go as I will have to be late to my next flight. Can I use this on June 15 on my layover again back to USA?
