The most amazing experience and Alex and Matthews were awesome - THis trip was booked for us by a local travel agent, Eustace. Alex and Matthews picked us up from our accommodation right on time and took us out to the game reserve. Alex was knowledgeable and entertaining and Matthews was very accommodating with all the stops we wanted to make to take photographs. He got all the good angles for us and we got some amazing pictures. I can't thank you enough for a very enjoyable time. Nothing was too much bother and these guys really know there stuff. I would definately go out with them again. They can't guarantee that you will see all the animals, but we were very lucky on this occassion and saw the elephants, girraffe, pumba, monkeys, etc, etc.

Disgusting behaviour - Pathetic even before we had the chance to have an experience. Some of the staff are VERY rude and disrespectful. I was directly insulted to wished ill by one of them with no shame. Even after I had Decided not to go on the safari I was threatened by him. The worst service I have ever received (if it was any at all 🤷🏾‍♂️)
