Not happy! - The bus ride was great however we received no information about the hop-on hop-off bus from the tour guide and never even saw a single hop-on hop-off bus the entire time we walked around Florence. So I feel that we wasted our money on this tour and should have booked just the bus ride alone. The tour bus did take us directly back to our cruise ship in plenty of time to board at the end of the day, which we were happy about
