In the class, the Cesarina will share essential tips for creating 3 genuine recipes from the region. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge your culinary prowess. Every participant will be provided with a work station fully outfitted with tools and the necessary ingredients to prepare the meals. Following the cooking session, you’ll savour the dishes you’ve meticulously put together, accompanied by a variety of locally produced red and white wines.
