Awesome! - I was stuck on my own in London for a day and wanted to see a lot of the city. But I wasn't comfortable navigating solo, so I hopped on the Tootbus! Booking was really easy on my phone, and I downloaded the app too so I could keep track of where I was on the route (they also provide paper maps, which was helpful when my phone battery got low). I got to see SO MUCH of London, things I was not expecting to see on my own! And the voice over was a nice addition (although I would have preferred more actual history and less personal commentary from the hosts). An awesome experience! Was able to get off at my leisure as well, the flexibility was great! And all for a fairly affordable price too. Would use again!

Tootbus London sightseeing - Highly recommend this tour even though there were hiccups with road closures at the time. I would like to Single out the green bus driver Mr Kestutis (ID 4503), who went out of his way to make sure we had a very enjoyable experience.

Great experience - Really enjoyed it. Took the one day tour plus the Cruise ride. Very satisfying, the audio didn't work perfect but the service was nice

not very well - The comments are full of personal anecdotes that don't interest us at all. The cruise is only one way. You have to pay again to return to the starting point. Buses do not operate in the evening.

It could be better. - The most unpunctual tour I have ever encountered. Of the two paid days, we were unable to effectively use either one. The first day was spent mostly waiting for the bus. On the second day, we couldn’t wait for the green route for more than two hours, so we had to go along the line where we had been the day before.

Toot buses time and location are dissapointing - Toot buses from the beginning were 30 minutes late. We exited the blue line to catch the yellow, after being told buses arrive every 15 mins. An hour later a bus arrived. We saw the attractions exited to catch the boat cruise and again were told the next boat was in an hour. Ended up taking an Uber boat ride for an additional 9 pds. Afterward we walked to London Tower, then walked to the bus stop indicated on the Toot map to wait for an additional hour, only to be turned away because we were not in the exact spot. Spot markings were inaccurate and the frequency of buses was dismal. We never did get on the Toot bus, had to find a ride back to the hotel with one Toots competitors who were gracious enough to pick up three desperate women.

Not worth it - We booked the three day tour figuring we could use it to both get around and get an informative tour. The Green Route is not super interesting, it took about an hour. Yellow Route is better, it hits all the main highlights, it’s 2 hours. Never got to do the blue route because the bus never came, we waited for 25 minutes and would have had to wait for 25 minutes more. On the Yellow and Green ones the bus kept stopping for 5 or so minutes, I think to space themselves out from the bus in front of us, it was super annoying. The recorded audio guide isn’t great, I felt like I kept missing stuff or didn’t know where I was supposed to be looking. If you’re going to do it just book a one day and do the yellow one, ideally on your first day so you can get situated. Otherwise, just use regular buses and the tube to get around. Also, the app is hard to figure out how to navigate, I kept having to go back and forth between the app and the website to find route details and times. Definitely felt we wasted our money on this one.

Raining inside the bus - horrible customer service - The bus had leaks in the roof such that it was raining inside the bus and the only seats available that were not wet due to the rain were facing the middle of the bus, not facing a window. There was also no air circulation. My family and I had to just sit and get wet so that we could look out the window. I contacted customer service and their response was that they couldn't control the weather. They clearly have no interest in fixing the structure of the bus. I even included photos and videos to demonstrate the leaks. I'm unable to attach the videos to this review.
