Additional Information

Unearth the sinister past of London. Discover renowned landmarks and secret treasures accompanied by your captivating guide in this unconventional stroll.

Are you set to dive into historical facts? Are you eager to be fully captivated?

Your robed witch-sherpa will bewitch you in this voyage back in time. Listen attentively to accounts of the unforeseen, narrations about actual witches of London & the severe misfortunes they endured. Skim the stone pavement as you unearth the facts about Joan Peterson, the so-called ‘Witch of Wapping’. Innocent or guilty? You be the judge. What’s the story behind Jinny Bingham, was the epithet “Mother Damnable” justified…? and who was the genuine “Last Witch”?

In a tour that amalgamates history, mysticism, and a notion that there are lessons to be learned from our ancestors, you are bound to be smitten by this historical region of the town, its concealed treasures, and its engrossing (occasionally chilling) past.

You may even find yourself in some infamous movie spots from Harry Potter on your journey!

A Happy Witchling - We were a group of four age 60's ladies on a girls trip. We did this tour in-between doing a High Tea at Swan at the Globe and doing a pub crawl. The tour was a lot of fun. Our guide was very personable and a lot of fun. We learned a lot and got some wonderful photos too. Went on the 4 pm tour on May 6. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Fun witch history while walking ! - The young woman who was our tour guide clearly enjoyed her job as she played her role. She was comfortable with walking through Londen dress as a witch providing historical facts about witch trials, deaths, etc. It was fun and interesting.

Entertaining Walking Tour - After being telephoned by the guide and directed down a secret (and very steep) staircase, we were met by a very cheerful and charismatic witch... An excellent and informative tour around the dark streets of London. Highly recommended.

I loved the script that... - I loved the script that was associated with this tour! My mom and I were the only two participants so it was a very personable experience and we got to chat with the tour guide more than you would on a group tour. Our guide was amazing and made me laugh a lot, always staying in character and wearing a fun costume! If you are a massive history buff with a lot of prior knowledge on the general history surrounding witches in Europe, the content itself might not be surprising, but the stories and jokes that go along with it make it worth the re-cap!

No show, no refund don’t waste time and money - Guide never showed up and no contact to reach guide. Wastddouble the ticket price to cab to the meeting place only to be told they may refund ticket if the provider of the tour agrees! What, charge people, don’t show for the tour don’t contact anyone and no confirmed refund for the ticket
