Must do - We loved the bus tour! Great for all ages! Highly recommend this as getting around London was a bit rough on the days we didn’t have the bus.

Worth the money with river cruise and London Rye - Apart from waiting for one bus for a really long time, the overall experience of this trip was great. They cover a huge portion of London.

Can’t say enough..👍 - Had a great time , we booked for 1 day with the cruise , but got so busy we didn’t get time to do the cruise so I suggest the 2days , we will not regret it. Use the earphones , so did not and I think it was a mistake for them. Excellent staff very helpful. Had a blast We went in late May /24

Not many buses in London - Really enjoyed the river cruise and there were great views on the Eye. The bus service is definitely not great. Big Bus Tours has very view buses in London. Waited for a long time for our bus. Other bus companies came through at least 3X’s faster than Big Bus. Could never find someone to help us redeem our voucher either. It was definitely not the best bus company on London. Other better companies with more buses were Toots and City Sightseeing. Don’t use Big Bus, otherwise you will be waiting and loosing valuable time of your trip!!!

Disappointed that I did not get to use it. - I never got to use it. I booked it but got to London too late to use it. My first flight got canceled so I came into London a day later than I was supposed to so I paid for a ticket that I never got to use.

Disaster! - Disaster! We were not told that there was a Cycle Event that closed many of the Central London Streets. As a result most of the Bigbus Routes were not running and others re-routed. We waited half an hour for a bus that did not arrive and only after walking to another stop did we find a Bigbus Rep who told us about the changes. We had to go a long way round to get to the London Eye, 2.5 hours, and there was no commentary available. As a result we were over an hour late for our Eye reservation which was a real disappointment. We had American Visitors with us and they were very unimpressed. Compensation please.

Upsetting - The QR code didn’t work there wasn’t anyone to help us so we didn’t get to experience anything.i spent half my day trying to contact someone to help us…wasted time
