Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on live immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing.

Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Excellent driver - My driver was wonderful, even showed me a few sites on the way to my hotel. We weren't sure where the correct hotel entrance was, so he parked the car and walked with me to ensure the correct location.

Frustrating start takes a turn for the better - When we found our driver, he was friendly and helpful. We had arrived at Heathrow later than we expected due to a flight cancellation. The driver responded to messages quickly. When we were going to the car the lines to the elevators were long and unmoving. We had tickets to see Buckingham palace and needed to get into London quickly. Although our suitcases were heavy, our driver was game to take the stairs. As we walked toward the stairs, we saw what we thought were more elevators but with no lines. Turned out the elevators opened both front and back. We got on as others were piling in and got to the car and out of the airport in no time. Our driver got us to the hotel with time to spare! Great ride and great driver!

Driver should be at the meeting place! - The plane was late by an hour and it took long to collect the luggage. So when there was no one at the meeting point and I waited at least ten minutes, I panicked and didn’t know what to do. I eventually noted a text from the driver but it was not clear. Then he showed up! The stress of this experience was costly especially after a long flight and sleepless night. Otherwise the driver and journey from the airport were fine. The driver was very courteous in helping with the luggage.

Took the money and didn't provide the service and now I want reimbursment. - My ride didn't turn up and I have to buy another service to reach to my location. Because of non-service and didn't fulfilled the contract , please reimburse the money as soon as possible. Now I am out of pocket and you failed to pick me up. Hear from you soon. Kind regard.

Very poor service - The most memorable part of my experience was being delayed in getting out of the plane for an extended period and as a result, arrived at the waiting area late. We had no wifi or international phone service from England as yet so calling me was fruitless. I had to borrow a phone from someone locally to call viator to ask if someone will come later to pick us up. We were told that they already ended our transportation service. Coming to a foreign country as two elderly ladies we were frantically trying to find a solution, how do we get to our hotel even though we paid viator for their service. It was not our fault for the delay at the airport. As a result, we had to use our spending money to pay for a Uber to take us to our hotel. That's what I call a total inefficient, selfless, uncaring and money greedy way of treating the elderly. If you check your records prior to the COVID pandemic, we used your company many times before for tours and transportation when we are here, 2019, 2017 etc. I want to see what type of experience we will have for our return transportation. So I did not book any tours on this trip because of our experience. Will we use you again? Will we recommend you to anyone?
