Hollywood history, crime and haunts - I would recommend it definitely especially if you like a good story, I found out about interesting Hollywood history I never knew, it was entertaining to hear some crime stories and a learn about a few "hauntings". I recommend for people who have good attention span, since the stories are long and detailed.

The best tour ever - The gentleman that did the tour mad it so fun. He was vary knowledgeable about things that happened . I would highly recommend this tour.

Good times, great guide - Beau was a great guide; animated, knowledgeable, and funny. He used lots of visual aids to make the stories come alive and was very interactive with group. Really a fun evening.

Thrilling, exciting, fun - Our guide Paul, was amazing. Very thrilling and exciting stories about the history in LA/Hollywood. He was super nice and funny. He knew the area really well, we got some recommendations too. Highly recommend if you’re interested in dark history/true crime/haunting tales.

Fascinating History Lesson! - Our guide Kyle had a vast knowledge of the tidbits of Hollywood. While some stories were familiar, he filled in some juicy details. We loved that he was energetic and passionate about the stories, which made the tour that much more engaging. Two hours went by quickly, though we were slightly thwarted by a movie premiere. Lots of fun and lots of history.

Kyle rules - Kyle was awesome! Great story teller and not cheesy. I appreciated that this tour had more history than ghosts. I go on a haunted tour in every city I visit, and this was one of the best ones :-)

Amazing - Great and educational tour with Kyle. Well recommended, we'll learned so much and the history of the place is pretty spectacular.

Slow it down & tell us more about the ghosts! - First, I want to acknowledge the hard work from our tour guide, Beau, who maintained energy throughout a long tour and spoke with passion about the topics. We were looking forward to this and anticipated it would be more ghost oriented and more relevant to the locations we were near. For example, we spent a good amount of time outside of the Knickerbocker and heard a litany of dates and stories that were only tangentially related to the hotel. I think a slower pace of sharing info, less stories and more in-depth sharing on the most relevant ones would’ve been more impactful. Finally, as a mental health professional, I’d encourage some work on making the tour more trauma informed. Beau did a good job of warning us about pictures most of the time, and I think people know what they’re signing up for, however I’d consider putting a content warning in the description of the tour and work on language chosen to describe people with mental illnesses (ie surrounding lobotomy, women, etc). We had an international audience and I was concerned about how these members in particular took in info about how we talk about mental illness, domestic violence, & misogyny in the US. Great potential here and again think Beau did a great job— would consider coming together as a team to work on the educative aspects and pacing.

Kind of a let down. Thought there’d be more ghost talk and haunted facts. - Beau was super knowledgeable but we had hoped we could go into some of the buildings and it was more of a historical tour than haunted tour.
