Kick off your vacation with a fun walking tour to the Hollywood Sign to take in stunning views of Los Angeles. Go closer to the iconic sign than any other tour can take you as your guide entertains you with Hollywood’s fascinating history. Enjoy the outdoors, take epic photos and videos, and avoid the risk of getting lost as you’ll tour with a knowledgeable local guide. This bucket list item is a great way to start your vacation.
Our 90 minute express tour is an easy walk that goes to the front of the sign, and our 3 hour hike goes to the frond AND back of the sign!
- This tour is available as a 3 hour hike to the front and back of the Hollywood Sign, or an express 90 minute walking tour to the front of the Hollywood Sign - choose at checkout
- Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your ticket time to check in with your LA tour guide.
- Closed-toe shoes are required and layers are recommended
- Young children are welcome to join this hike tour; we recommend this tour for guests ages 6 and up. Children participating in the hiking tour should be able to hike on their own. NO STROLLERS! For children under 6, we highly recommend choosing the 90 minute option at checkout.
- NOTE: Meet your guide OUTSIDE by the long white gate where the trailhead begins; they wear a neon yellow Bikes & Hikes vest. Do not bother the people at the houses in this neighborhood.
- Please allow ample time for traffic (welcome to LA!) and for parking. There is free street parking at this location- please follow all signs.
- Guests joining this Hollywood Sign tour should be in good health, and enjoy a walk on this Hollywood Hills tour

Great tour to the Hollywood sign. - Mark was a fantastic tour guide. He explained the history of the Hollywood sign and gave us plenty of opportunities to take pictures. It was a really great tour.

Totally worth it - We had a tour with Chris, and it was totally worth it.
Learned alot about LA, all the history and facts about everything you see while on tour.
He also recommended us some other great places and restaurants to check out.

Great guide, amazing views and a lovely hike - Mark was an incredible guide and a master story teller. keeping the whole top engaging and fun! We answered questions and gave recommendations of what to do in LA. You get some awesome views of the sign and the whole city! We really enjoyed our experience, thank you Mark :)

Super trip - Michael spoke super understandable English, he explained a lot to us and took great photos of us. An entertaining excursion that we highly recommend. The early start is perfect when it gets hot.

Nice hiking Tour with Mark to the Hollywood Sign - We booked a tour with Mark to the Hollywood sign with our family. Our group consisted of two adults and two children, aged 10 and 12. Mark is a very friendly and pleasant tour guide and we understood him very well. Even our children, who have only had two years of English lessons at school, were able to follow Mark's stories and explanations well. Mark was able to answer all of the questions we had. The tour was very nice, there was no time pressure and we would book this tour with Mark again at any time. We wish Mark all the best and many more exciting tours.

More than worth the price - The tour was excellent! Our guide Sarah was fantastic, sharing lots of interesting facts about the sign, the park and LA. It’s a must for anyone visiting LA for the first time.

Well worth it! - Amazing views - great for photos. Our guide Sarah was amazing! She was very accommodating and made sure we got good photos with my mom before she had to stop. Sarah also gave us lots of tips on what else we could do while we stayed in LA. Would highly recommend!
