So much fun - My family and I had a great time. The staff were friendly and took their time to explain safety rules to me and my kids. We had a blast jet skiing. Our guide Erwin was very friendly and showed us the safe play area. We signed up for 30 minutes, but we ended up using the Wave Runner for about 40 minutes with no extra charge. The place is not difficult to find as mentioned in the other reviews. Just look for the name of the company and you will see a big sign with staff waiting to check people in.

Very helpful people - Very straightforward check in as it was a 15 min walk from the marine and there was people standing outside a stand in the beach. The activity is cheap and fun and the people are helpful as our jet ski flipped over and they came to help and even try to find my sunglasses.

FUN ACTIVITY - Had so much fun with the jetskis!! I would recommend doing this activity when visiting Cabo San Lucas !

Free at sea - Amazing! This experience was a 10/10 excursion. I would do this again anytime I’m in the area. The guides were friendly and helpful. The jet skis were good quality and went very fast! The water is choppy so if you are not experienced, I suggest you ride with a partner.

Best Experience! - 10/10, Best place rent jetskis! I had a lot of fun, tour guide was very straightforward and helpful about how the whole process worked. Will come back again!!!!!

First timers - Usually my family is scary when it comes to being in big bodies of water. I was so proud of them for being brave enough to have fun on jet ski’s. Something we’ve never done before. The experience was everything!

Must do - Super fun will do it again any time. Would recommend to anyone willing to have a lot of fun. Super easy going and very helpful

Beware of the extra charges! - Beware of the extra charges! I booked at the RIU, Cabo San Lucas. The agreed amount was supposed to be $80/half hour. We reserved two jet skis. The charge should have been $160. But when I checked my credit card statement they charged us $239.88. Crazy! When we arrived (15 minutes early, as recommended ) to the orange Aries tent at playa 8 cascades, they asked for my id and credit card - no problem at this point. However, the operator was not ready for us. Then, the life jackets provided to us had broke snaps and were really not good shape. It took three different life vests to find an acceptable one. Luckily, my party felt comfortable in the water. The jet skis looked old and worn. My jet ski had the warning light and alarm on during my initial take off. I am sure that you will a see a response to this review stating that the extra charges were due damages incurred. But I can assure you that we did not cause any damages as we were super “chill”. In addition, they would never be able to know of any damages because as soon as the jet skis are available they send them back out! They will say they look over the jet skis with you but all they will point out are the chipped paint and other visible damage such as a broken mirror. I do not know why they charged us extra. If we caused damage, they should have let us know before we left, and they should not have released the jet skis to the next group. My recommendation is that you video everything, especially the precheck of the jet ski, and take pictures of the poor of the broken life vests.
