1000000% recommend - Holy moly we absolutely LOVED our experience!! The crew was so friendly and ready for a good time! They asked our preference on where to snorkel and were so helpful getting people on and off the boat to swim! Our family felt safe and taken care of throughout the entire experience! Oh and the drinks and lunch were so so good! 10/10!!!!

Arch in Cabo! - The Arch was beautiful. The crew was amazing and very accommodating. However, (not their fault(, water was way to choppy). Some got mild seasickness. Take your dramamine!! I found out the water in Cabo is generally rough, choppy, and not swimmable. Big the excursion itself was worth it. Lunch was fresh and great.

Fun all around - The crew really made the trip amazing! The snorkeling was fun, but what made this trip so special was the entertainment to and from the snorkeling spot - the whole trip passed by so quickly!

BEST boating activity to do at Marina in Cabo- snorkeling , sunset or private tour. - This was the third time I’ve booked the snorkeling cruise and it was incredible, as always. The staff were friendly and made the whole experience fun! Always making sure we had drinks (or water bottles) played fun music, options to snorkel, chill on boat, swim or just relax on the floatie. Lunch provided was subs (meat or vegetarian) chips and pico and guac and other things. The ride back to the marina was just as fun. It’s apparent that the team love their job and making sure everything has a great time! I plan to visit Cabo at least every other year and will always book with them! Thanks again for an amazing time! I can’t remember the names of all the crew but they were all GREAT!

Boat ride instead of snorkeling - The boat had everyone who booked get on board and they did not take us snorkeling we were told the waters were “rough” after the boat already departed, so the boat took us to the shore and we got to stay there for two hours, no voucher for another day, no partial refund was offered, nothing. We could have gone to the beach and spent time on the shore for free. Save your money..

Failure to Disclose Important Safety Information - Please Read - The TRIP itself on the boat was fun. The boat in the picture is not the boat we were on however. I would give ZERO stars if I could for one, very valid reason. After a long ride along the coast, we anchored down at a little beach area. The crew told everyone about the snorkeling gear, the floating raft and that we had 45 minutes in the water. That was it. After we were done snorkeling, we would get back on the boat, have lunch and head back to the port. Well the snorkeling was a HUGE fail. I was in the water about 3 minutes when I felt something. My husband quickly apologized; thinking he had hit me with his foot. But a few more seconds went by and it burned. Then it happened again. Then other passengers starting swatting, started screaming - children were crying! I looked around and there were hundreds of palm sized jelly fish everywhere! They literally dropped us off in a pool of jelly fish and THEY KNEW IT!!! People were panicking - trying to get in the boat as fast as they could. Kids were crying. I had a jelly fish wrapped around my right arm as I tried to get on the ladder and climb up in the boat. We all managed to get back on the boat and the crew had 4 or 5 plastic 1.5 liter bottles of White Vinegar ready. So - they knew! When people asked about it, their response was "Yes, the storm washed them up. That is why the water here is a little murky too." So these people knew. They knew there were an overwhelming amount of jelly fish and they knew the snorkeling was going to be mediocre due to the murky water. Knowing this, they still took money and provided an unsafe service. PURE NEGLIGANCE. There was a woman on our boat who got stung so bad, it looked like someone had taken a whip across her back! The young girl with the family sitting to our right was in so much pain. Her legs were red and covered with whelps. She was shaking. My husband and I just sat back down on our bench and let other passengers use what they needed of the vinegar. Fortunately, we live on the coast in Texas and, don't get me wrong, I am not saying jelly fish do not bother us, but, we are a little more acclimated to the nature of the ocean and were definitely more tolerable of the horrible stinging all over our bodies. We both felt so bad for everyone on that boat. Yes, when you get in the ocean, you are entering the territory of animals that do not typically blend with land life. I am very well aware. The issue, the disappointment, the negligence - - of the crew who KNEW they could have seriously injured someone is extremely inexcusable! Someone could have had a serious allergic reaction - being a life-threatening situation. Would they have been prepared for that? I doubt it as I scoured the boat looking for information indicating they were trained with medical certifications. NOTHING. I have traveled to many destinations, I have snorkeled in many areas. I have never had such a horrible experience. Had I been made aware of the nature of the water when I booked it, I would not have gone. There is so much more to this. I would welcome anyone wanting more information on my trip to reach out to me. These people should be ashamed. If I wanted to deal with the Mexico-USA litigation process, I would file a lawsuit. Unfortunately, I will write off my $160 spent on this pathetic trip and never look back. Oh, and their DEMAND for the extra $1 for the Port Fee is a scam too. They are charging you a "dock" fee, not a REQUIRED PORT FEE. You don't have to pay a port fee every time you go in through the port. So they are just banking up the money charging the same fee over and over to passengers.
