Fun snorkel, great for all. - Great cruise lots of fun! Fun for all ages ! Maybe a little too much fun for some . We loved it ! Tacos fantastic even had vegan options . They split the snorkel into two groups one for beginners and one more advanced . Guided and a good snorkel spot. After the activity the fun was a laugh for all. Will go back for sure .

Fabulous and fun day on the water - This was a super fun trip, my sister and I loved the food and the scenery and the fabulous crew. We felt so taken care of and never were without a drink in hand! Definitely more about the trip and fun vs snorkelling. That was just an added bonus.

Never again! Horrible staff, horrible service! - I have been coming to Cabo for 15 years. This is, BY FAR, the WORST public boat option here in Cabo. If you want cheap, run down, duty, absolutely the worst, more rudest staff I've ever encountered here in all my years of coming down her doing tours. As a family, we have tried almost every option available. We only went on Cabo escape because of the time of the tour. We had nothing but issues since the second we arrived. The staff was so rude to us when trying to check us in. The waiters on the boat are not so bad. They did try and assist us as best as possible but we still had to stand in line at the bar for drinks because the waiters paid more attention to the drink girls in thongs vs a family. The drinks were very watered down and had no flavor. The booze was in unmarked bottles so I'm sure they refill them. The food was cold. The boat looked like it went through a few hurricanes here, paint falling off name was faded, some of the speakers were blown and made a rattle noise the entire time they blasted music. The snorkeling gear was old and leaked the entire time we were in the water. We switched masks 3 times but no improvement. The gear they had is so old and smelled like old fish. We were so extremely disappointed after paying $80usd per person to go on such a disgusting boat. I haven't seen a public boat this run down in a long time here since the jungle boat. We will stick to Cabo Blue boat and Eco Cat from now on. Don't bother with these run down boats. You will not enjoy your time. Waste of money.

Customer service - The customer service was not good, we were a group of 8 visiting from Chicago, Tex. But Mexicans, the guys were excelent, attentive, but only with Americans, they even ask us if we need a drink, and when we ask for Mexican music the DJ said, "I have just in English," we were soooo disappointed, I thought I was in Mexico 🇲🇽 and I was so proud of my Country, but these trow away my pride, we as Mexicans can't even enjoy our own places? Only Foreigners can enjoy our beutiful places?
