The best excursion - This was the highlight of my trip . The crew were extremely friendly and went above and beyond . Open bar, snacks , views even saw a few whales . I would highly recommend booking with this company

SCAM! - DON NOT BOOK THIS. IT IS A SCAM!!! We followed the instructions provided and arrived at the dock 30 minutes in advance. No one was there. I tried calling the number provided in the booking and never got an answer or a call back. I finally reached out to Viator and they told me they would look into it. I still haven't received my money back. They are basically aiding in the scam.

A confusing mess, feels like a scam - Be very careful booking this specific activity.
We did not even get to go on the cruise.
TripAdvisor, or the company that they partnered with for this botched our reservation. We had to report to Dock F at the marina in Cabo, and the company running the cruises there did not have our reservation # on their list. In fact, our reservation was under a completely different company name for whatever reason. I still am not completely sure how the mix-up occurred, sat on the phone with the liaison for the company for 30 minutes and the cruise left without us. The gentleman who was loading passengers onto the boat would not let us on because our reso was under a different company name and again they did not have our reservation; only to realize at the very end, that we were the four remaining passengers he was waiting on.
Truly a mess, and very disappointing as this was a birthday boat ride. Have yet to receive my refund. Feels like a scam, waiting to see what's going to happen.
