As advertised - This was our third time to take this shuttle, and each time it has been perfect. When our flight changed, Viator adapted to our needs as well.

Enjoying Cabo 2024 - Too many people in vehicle and one couple has to have wife sit on husband's lap for the entire ride. Driver did get us there safely and quickly.

Made it! - Some trouble getting transport, but it all worked out. Fellow worked with us till we got our ride. Was smooth after that.

Great Drivers, Pickup Process Needs Improvement - The drivers and their professionalism as far as the rides, being courteous, and handling luggage was absolutely great. It was impossible to identify ride at pickup from airport. I had to call to find out exactly where specifically at the pick up spot to find my ride. There were so many organizations with names on cards, but no card with my name. The person at the airport pickup spot was undescriptive in dress. I didn't see Bellatora or Viator name on anything, no logo on a placard, tag or shirt. I had to ask several individuals, luckily the representative overheard me asking, that's how I found him. My arrival pickup was about 30 minutes, which included my searching for the representative and then finally connecting with him and the car arriving. My departure pickup was also well over a 20 minute wait . I arrived 10 minutes prior to pickup and it was 20 minutes later, with no text as promised of a more than 15 minute delay. Both arrival and departure pickups were long waits, 20+ minutes. The pickup process needs drastic improvements.

It took a very long time to get a ride to get to the hotel. - Unfortunately it wasn't good. I t was very hot. You had to get a drink because it took too long to get a ride. They were $20 each. They wouldn't let you sit down unless you bought a drink. My wife is disabled so she had to sit. Not good! The driver was excellent.

For a solo rider it is a lot cheaper than a cab - I booked a few days prior, when I showed up they did not have my name listed. A few phone calls or text from personal had me taken care of soon after. Wait was about 40 minutes

Feeling scammed - I’ve been waiting to be contacted for pick up and no one has contacted me. I keep getting blocked and none of the numbers are working or the email isn’t returned

Do an onsite airport taxi instead - Note: this is a shuttle with multiple persons. It’s not clearly listed. You may also wait in the parking lot for 20 min in the heat. It is really just as easy to get a cab from the taxi stand. It’s a very professional airport taxi system. Would recommend that over a Viator shuttle.
