• You will be contacted to confirm the time and pick-up location, either at a designated meeting point or directly at your hotel lobby.

• A marked van will pick you up at your hotel or the meeting point at the agreed-upon time and date.

• Upon arrival at the ranch, you will need to register using your reservation name and confirmation code. There will be a charge for the entry tax to the protected area, as well as optional vehicle insurance.

• You will receive a brief safety briefing and driving tips for the ATVs. Safety gear, including helmets and visors, will be provided.
