Bumpy but thrilling. Braulio was great when he pulled us aside to take us on a faster ride! - My husband and I for a thrilling experience and we were not appointed. We were in a large group of eight vehicles, and they pull us and another couple to ride with another leader who drove faater.

Desert to Beach & Back - Manuel was our tour guide. Super friendly and accommodating. We ride through the desert and along the beach. Gorgeous views and exhilarating. Bring a gator for the dust. We stopped for water and toilet stop. There we fed and pet the camels. Very cool experience. I highly recommend Manny.

Must go - Amazing tour our guide Bruno was the best. We woild absolutly recomend this tour to anyone!! Bruno was great!! We had so much fun

Fun experience - Emanuel was an excellent guide!! Very personable and made our ride a lot of fun. It was a really fun experience, my 4 kids all had a blast, from ages 17 down to 8! The only issue was the first part checking in and gift shop feels like a money grab. You don’t need a gator, the helmets are enough coverage; then they ask you to add insurance, upgrade to private… it felt tedious. But once we met our guide and left it was so much fun!

Beware - Deposit/guarantee not returned within the time frame promised - **Beware** We took a "Desert Side By Side Razors Double" tour on 09JUL2024. Today is 21JUL2024. It has been 12 days and the money for our deposit/guarantee has not been returned to our account. The transaction is still PENDING. The FAQs section on your site promises that this will not take more than 10 days. Having this transaction PENDING on our credit card effects my ability to use the card. This should never happen to anyone.

CACTUS TOURS SUCKS!!! LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS!!! - This place is just ok -- BARELY! If I could give a 1/2 star, I would. Went while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas and visting the quaint town of San Jose del Cabo. My son really wanted to do a ATV ride so we went to Action Tours in San Jose who set things up with Cactus. That is when things started to turn. After paying the discounted fee, we were told to be at the Action Tours site at 3:55pm to be picked up for a 5:00pm tour that would last 2 hours. We arrived before 3:55. We did not get picked up by Cactus until 4:30pm! (We were told it was due to traffic.) The driver stopped at a number of hotels picking up other participants and as a result we arrived at the ATV park after 5:00pm. When we got off the bus, there was a huge line to get registered that ended up making us not start the tour until 6:00pm. I was not feeling well so I did not ride but my son and wife rode and when they were done seemed to enjoy it. Then came time to get their pictures. Imagine our surprise when after waiting - yet again - for 35 minutes, we found there were minimal photos of their experience. Where others had at least 50 photos to sort through and relive their adventure, we had 11 photos in all - most of the same shot from different zoom depths from the last leg of their route. None of them were of my son driving the ATV or individual shots that everyone else was getting. My wife and son watched as literally everyone else oohed and awwed over their array of multiple photos. Not only did their guide, Roy, not stop and have the photographer take their photos but they were not allowed to bring their own camera to take photos. IN OTHER WORDS, IF YOU WANTED TO MEMORILIZE THE EXPEREINCE, YOU HAVE TO BUY THEIR PHOTOS!!!!! Their memories are now just that - a fading memory with nothing to show for it but a sore bum. My wife cried after learning how jilted they were, our son has no pictures from a ride he thoroughly enjoyed and absolutely NO ONE apologized for the wait or their photos-mistake. Nothing. Nada. No photos. No we're sorry. Nothing. Prior to the photo fiasco, my wife thought the ATV guide, Roy, was great and said so on the survey he immediately gave her at the end of the tour - she even tipped him! . Roy then "conveniently" disappeared while we were waiting on the [non] photos to be found in the first place. Take my advice. I learned that it is better to do your research before going on ANY tours or excursions in Cabo. Look at sites like Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google, etc. and read the reviews. (Read all the poor reviews on Cactus here -- you will see that experiences are similar to what we had) Set dates and pre-pay for the events you want to do. Most of the tour companies you find on the streets of Cabo may seem fine, convenient and be offering a "great deal" but they are nothing more than a money grab that just pushes you through the experience like cattle. There are TONS of scams in Cabo and Cactus Tours is definitely one!

They are out to empty your pockets!! Beware. - This place borders on SCAM pricing. The tour itself was ok aside from the couple we were with were super cautions so it could have been a lot more exciting. We were not allowed to bring our phone, scam 1 so you have to buy their pictures if you want any. Everything in the gift shop was overpriceed, scam 2. Tequila tasting, was ok but major hard sell to make you buy a bottle. Sad thing is, if we return to Cabo, we will not use Catcus Tours.

Look Elsewhere - Nickel and Dime to Death - $159 for family pictures says it all. If you want to bring your phone, they want to charge you $30 US Dollars more per person. Sure the tour was fun but the add ons are ridiculous...look elsewhere

Terrible experience we paid for an upgrade and when we couldn’t get the the upgrade they refused to refund the upgrade!! - This was the worst experience. We upgraded for the faster ATVs but one would not work. They gave me a lesser model but refused to refund our money for the upgrade. It was either the lesser model or share a quad with my husband either way they would not issue a refund. The equipment was terrible. Held together with zip ties! Linkage was broke and every time I hit a bump my quad would come out of gear. They won’t let you take your phone!!!! Go elsewhere if you can!
