Not happy! - Driver could have made this trip much better. He was late and never even introduced himself. He did not appear to know what the trip description promised and was not helpful in recommending things to see at the stops.

This tour was not as advertised and it was terrible. Do not book! - I’ve used Viator on a number of trips, but this is by far the worst tour I’ve taken. The tour description says that the guide will pick you up from your hotel reception area at 10am. We arrived at our hotel reception area at 9:55am and contacted our tour host through the app at 10:05am when no one arrived. We never heard anything and then the hotel receptionist got a call from our guide saying he couldn’t pick us up and that we had to walk to meet him at a bank. We walked over there and he wasn’t there. We waited there for about 15 minutes. Finally we spotted a van and had a hunch that it was our tour and waited by it until we saw our guide. The van nor the guide had on any indication that it was part of a tour. Our guide never introduced himself, so we had no idea what his name was. We then begin the tour an hour late and go to two places that were on the itinerary. When we do make it to places on the itinerary, we only got to spend a very short amount of time. At the end of the tour, we started back to our hotel, and a police stops our van. Our guide and the police talk for about 30 minutes and the policeman is speaking sternly to our guide. They were speaking in another language so we didn’t know what the issue was. After our guide got back in the van, he didn’t say anything to us for the rest of the ride back. The tour was advertised as 10-11 hours long, and we left at 11am and returned at 7pm. When we got back to our city, our guide dropped off the other half of our group at their hotel, and asked my husband and I to get out and walk back to our hotel, which was about half a mile away. This tour was not as advertised and it was terrible. Do not book!
