Along the Reuss River promenade, discover the Jesuit Church (Jesuitenkirche), an impressive baroque-style church steeped in history. Continuing your exploration through the well-preserved lanes of the Old Town. Your guided tour culminates at Lucerne’s poignant Dying Lion monument, a somber sculpture paying tribute to the Swiss Guards who perished during the French Revolution in Paris in 1792.
