Great Experience and Worth It ! - This is a great tour and experience. I would definitely recommend this to others. The short bus ride, then cog wheel trains up the mountain were fun and interesting. Our guide was very informative, friendly and helpful. He knew all the tricks in getting us to and through the experience. The top was amazing to see, even though we hit an overcast day (not the tours fault). It was still worth it, but it must be breathtaking on a clear day. Many said that July is usually clear. I’d possibly do this again if I go back to Switzerland (we started from Lucerne).

Excellent, enthusiastic Tour Guide Kid — he made all the difference on this Tour - Our guide “Kid” was outstanding — very informative — he treated you with respect — made sure you had the best experience possible. Was constantly checking on us to ensure that we had the very best spots for photos — took our photos at key landscapes. Kid was very passionate, enthusiastic and energetic — because of Kid — handsdown and without a doubt he made the tour of Jungfrau and our time in Switzerland very memorable. Thank you Kid !!!

One of the best guided tour - Really one of the best guided tour I had!! We travelled with a very comfortable bus using airco that was really good because we had a hot day. Everything went so smoothly. Hans, our guide, was a really nice person who shared with us several interesting information about Switzerland during the trip. All the instructions regarding the tour ( how we travel from point A to B, when we meet and where etc.) were clear and repeated several times to be sure that everyone could remember. On top of Jungfraujoch, we had some freetime to discover the mountain for ourselves but we could also follow a guided blue path. The place is amazing and absolutely worth a visit!! I really enjoyed the cogwheel train and cable car coming back to Grindelwald. I can strongly advice for everyone to apply for this guided tour,it was really impressive and very well organised!!!

Fabulous, efficient and worry-free tour! Must do for 1st time visitors in Switzerland - It was a fabulous, efficient and well organized trip! The tour bus picked us up around the set time in Lucerne with most of the passengers boarded the bus in Zurich. The tour was run exactly as the scheduled itinerary. After arriving Jungfraujoch, you’d have a brief period of restroom/snack lunch/shopping/stamping your Jungfraujoch passport. (Strongly suggested you stamp your passport during this time if you do care for it. The self-stamping station located on the right side of the train station exit.) You do have the option of extended self-exploration of different areas or guided tour with the guide. We chose to go with the guide because he’d have a good sense of gauging the time spent on each area and he kindly offered to take family pictures of us at each area. You won’t have enough time to take the ride (zip line or snow tubing) in the play area. But it was a worry-free and wonderful trip for our brief stay in Lucerne after a ten-day trip in Austria and Germany and definitely the highlight of our visit!

Weather cleared - The ice tunnels and carvings. The view of the glacier. We had an excellent guide in Raymond. The weather was more than iffy but then it cleared and we got lucky. It is a very physical trip. Not for everyone. I did enjoy it. Glad I went. It was crowded. Trains were fast and efficient

Too crowded - The train ride was very scenic and the Mountain View’s spectacular. But the crowds were horrible. The “ice palace “ was kind of cheesy.
