Great way to transfer to/from jungfraujoch for the tour - Stunning views of the mountains and villages. Tour guide Hans was helpful and always had tickets and front of the line ready for us. The coach with wifi was comfortable for the hour trip up and down. The timetable was clear for when to return to the meeting point. Skip the 360 degree movie when you first enter, the elevators to go up to the observatory are like cattle herding, choose stairs if available to the observation deck (o think it was Sphinx). . Be careful to watch for the second observatory as the signage wasn’t clear and we took a right instead of that left. The ice palace was fun!

Kid is the best tour guide ever! - Kid was amazing. He had us organized from the second we got on the bus. He was so funny and energetic and knew exactly when and where to take photos and gave photography tips along the way.

I don't think we could have done this without a guide - Nice trip!! Train ride was awesome and had spectacular views. The bus driver was a maniac on the curvy mountain roads and hit a couple of markers. That's the only reason for the 4 stars because we got whipped around more than i think was necessary. Kid was our guide and did a great job wrangling everyone and taking pics for us. He has a personality that one guy took exception to but if you don't take it personally, you'll be much happier! I don't think we could have moved between busses and trains without him.
