Awesome! - Awesome private tour. So much deep history and amazing to walk amongst the ruins if this historical place. Our tour guide, Oat, was exceptional. His knowledge was incredible and he was really personable and funny. Lunch was delicious, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai and definitely try the Papaya Salad! Oat knew all the best places to take photos and kept us ahead of the big tour groups so it wasn't crowded.

What an awesome tour! Loved it!!!! - What an awesome experience! Visited several places and tried a variety of authentic foods. My tour guide knew a lot about the history of the foods, culture, and Chinatown. Some of the places we off the beaten path, local establishments which made the experience even better. I even got to make my own Pattaya salad! I would recommend this tour everytime you come to Bangkok!

Really nice - It was great. Lots of interesting things to see, and the boat tour was relaxing and showed so much nature that you wouldn't be able to see in the busy Bangkok. 🙏

If you like temples, must see! - Great tour! Hotel pick up is offered and one day advance they sent us information to the hotel of the pick up time. Guide is very nice and knows their history. Places visited are very very beautiful, although at the end of the day we were so tired, because it was super hot that day

a bit of false advertising - This trip was advertised as a full day tour and it was only a half-day tour. I wrote to tour organizer to ask for a partial refund and they didn't care enough to respond. Very disappointing.

Attractions have to be seen, but with other guide - First of, it’s highly recommended to visit Ayutthaya as it is really nice and represent a different area and arhitecture than Bangkok’s famous temples. However this daytrip schedule is forgottable. It was a bad rush. It started bad and early. We got all info on previous day about where and what time to meet, but guide decided to call us at 04:45 to repeate the same info, while we planned a bit more sleep instead. It was not clear why he called us as, there was no change on the schedule. On the bus it turned out there are visitors who have to arrive back to Bangkok till 5pm, therefore we had to leave Ayutthaya earlier. Not a good organization as it was cutting others time. During the trip at certain temples we only got 15-30 min to visit. We had the feeling that the most important was to catch the lunch at 1pm. By the way, lunch was pretty poor considering the fantastic thai cousine. It was a kind of a motel. We got 45min for lunch, which could be finished in 15min, but there was no option what to do or see instead. We spent more time at lunch than any other historic site...At the end we departed at 13:45 and arrived back to Bangkok by 4 pm. Sometimes out tour guide lost his story and did not make it unforgottable.

The Viator booking was... - The Viator booking was fine, it was the tour operator at fault. I had organised a pick up at the hotel, and the day before it got changed to a meeting point, the email went to Spam so I didn't get the chance. I'm wonder how many didn't make the trip? And they wont refund. Tour company Pattaya tour company, dont book with them

Wasted our Time - What it turned out to be was a caravan of different vans all with a single tour guide. The guide had trouble keeping the group together and we were constantly waiting for people to find us or catch up. Even worse was the time wasting. Part of the group took a boat ride and part of the group took a bus. The group (us) that took the bus had to stay to the schedule of the boat so we had to go about 10/mph on the bus. It was a blatant waste of our time traveling that slow, I could have ridden a bicycle faster. When we asked the tour guide who had been speaking English all morning, why we were going so slow, they ignored us and just continued to speak Thai. It was disrespectful on many levels. We wanted to get to the destination of the tour but drove so slowly and pulling over constantly, we spent more time waiting and wasting than at the actual site. It was such a disrespectful waste of time. This led to us feeling very uncomfortable and trapped. The tour guide wasn’t answering our questions and we didn’t know where we were- only that we weren’t where we had signed up to go. Even during the tour, the guide answered phone calls in the middle of taking to the group. We would have booked a different tour had we known this would be the case or no tour at all. This really ruined our day and our time.
