Upon arrival, we will begin our day at the Karnak Temple, an incredible site dedicated to the God Amun and his wife Mut. We will also visit other temples in the area dedicated to various gods.
  • Valley of the Kings - After visiting the Karnak Temple, we will cross the Nile to the west bank of Luxor to explore the Valley of the Kings, the most significant site where the kings of ancient Egypt were buried.
  • Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - Following our visit to the Valley of the Kings, we will drive to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Deir El Bahari. This temple was built by Queen Hatshepsut, the daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 21 years during the 18th Dynasty (New Kingdom). She was the only female pharaoh to reign over ancient Egypt.

Day trip to Luxor - We decided to go on a trip to Luxor and don't regret it! The tour was very interesting and well designed. We basically had a private tour as there were only 3 of us with one person! Awad Saady made it possible for us to immerse ourselves in history thousands of years ago!!! We would always come back to sunny Egypt to enjoy the warm friendliness of the people 😊

Highly Recommended - Very well organized. Merit is very accommodating to individual requests, knows a lot about things and explains things very informatively. In the Valley of the Kings we visited the selected tombs with him all by ourselves. The driver was very nice and looked after us very well. The food was great! The boat trip was fun for young and old 😃
