Highlights

Valley of the Kings - The Valley of the Kings is renowned for its grand architectural burial sites, housing the tombs of numerous kings. Notable tombs include those of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tutankhamun, King Ramesses VI, King Merenptah, and Amenhotep II.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Explore the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Deir El Bahari. Constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, she ruled Egypt for around 20 years during the 18th dynasty (circa 1490-1469 BC).

Valley of the Queens - Discover the Valley of the Queens, an extraordinary site for tombs.

Temple of Medinat Habu - Medinat Habu is often regarded by visitors as one of the most impressive sites in Luxor. This well-preserved temple complex, commissioned by Ramesses III, is particularly notable for its intact pylon and walls, with much of the original painting still visible. Although the Ramesseum, built by the more famous Ramesses II, served as its blueprint, Medinat Habu stands out for its remarkable preservation.

Colossi of Memnon - Get up close and capture stunning photos with the two colossal statues of Memnon.

100% recommended! - If you are thinking about booking with the company, DONT THINK TWICE! There is no better company in the entire Luxor. We had such an amazing experience, it was not just a tour but it felt more like a trip with a friend around the city. We went everywhere we wanted and were never rushed. Definitely much more comfortable than all the other taxis around the area, we definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Luxor and see both East and West Bank. It is the best way to experience the city in a personalized way.

Two night trip to Luxor from Hurghada - Abd was the perfect guide for our trip to Luxor. He was punctual, informative and friendly. He picked us up early from our hotel in Hurghada to make the trip across the desert to Luxor. His car was clean and very comfortable. Time passed quickly with his knowledgeable chat. We also learnt much about Egyptian culture. It was about 20 years since we last visited Luxor and a lot had changed during that time. However, he was able to show us around the town and highlight the best sites in the short time we had. We travelled in July so the sites had to be visited very early in the morning to try to avoid being outside in the middle of the day in the searing heat. Abd took us to Colossi of Memnon, Valley of Kings and Hatshepsut’s Temple. All just as amazing as I remembered from my visits between 1988 and 1995. This time it was really special because we could share this experience with our two children. Last stop on the West Bank was the Valley of the Nobles. I had wished to see Sennefer’s Tomb. Unfortunately it was high on a hillside with little cover for relief from the burning sun. We made it halfway but me and the kids couldn’t quite make it past that point. I expect it was about 100 degrees. Sadly we had to turn around. Fortunately my husband could keep going and was able to take in the beautiful paintings and reliefs of this particular tomb where the ceiling is decorated with grapevines. We returned to the Eastbank to cool down before Abd was able to escort us at dusk to the Temple of Karnak to enjoy the evening Sound and Light show. A really fantastic experience. Next day was back to Hurghada. Thanks Abd for your service. A truly memorable trip.
