This temple is one of the most fascinating monuments in Egypt and is famously known for Hatsheput, the female ruler of Egypt for 20 years who disguised herself as a male to ascend the throne. Later on, you’ll make your way to the ancient city necropolis in Thebes. Once you arrive at the Valley of the Kings, you will get to see the burial place of the kings of Thebes, now known as ancient Luxor. Among the well-known tombs are King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII. After this, you will witness the grand Colossi of Memnon.
