Unforgettable experience - Amazing time on this tour. Half a day tour was the best to prevent getting over tired and to be able to get out of the heat. Both temples were bewildering. Our experience was made better by our very knowledgeable guide Salwa. Highly recommend.

Excellent overview of Luxor - The guide, Maria, was very informative as we visited Karnak and Luxor Temple. The tour took a half day and then we went to the optional, extra cost, lunch. The restaurant was very nice but it probably wasn't necessary to do the lunch through the tour operator. As for Maria. We were very pleased with her and ended up booking a tour to Dendera Temple, guided by her, the next day. Ifvyou can. Try to have Maria as your guide because she really has much more detailed knowledge of the religions during the various periods of Egyptian history.

The best tour guide for a wonderful site - We visited the Karnak temples with our guide and it was fantastic. We had the best guide of our entire Egypt trip. He was articulate, extremely well read on the topic and genuinely friendly. His attention to detail as well as his knack to know when we wanted to explore on our own was impeccable. Sadly, since he did not whatsapp me or kept semi stalking me to write a review, I did forget his name. In any case, please let that be a final reason to surely book your east bank trip here. Wonderful sights, wonderful tour guide. 5/5

Very flexible tour company and great guide! - If you make a reservation through TripAdvisor, you will be contacted by WhatsApp, so you can make arrangements by telling them your requests there! I flew from Cairo to Luxor, and after telling them my flight and arrival time, they picked me up at the airport. (There are no optional fees!) The tour guide, Ayado, was very polite and very good! The explanations were in English, but he spoke slowly and carefully, making it easy to understand, and always checked to see if there were any problems. At the temple, he first explained everything while going around, and at the end he gave me some free time so I could take my time to look around the places I missed taking photos. He also took photos as he explained, which was great! When I told him I was thirsty and wanted to buy some water, Ayado bought it for me every time! Since it was just my mother and I, we had a normal four-seater car. The driver's luggage was left there, he wasn't waiting in the parking lot even after sightseeing, and when I waited a little and he finally came, the air conditioning wasn't on inside the car and it was extremely hot, so it was quite disappointing.

very interesting short tour - From collection on the east bank to the end of the tour was only about 2.5, maybe hours, but it was enough to see everything. Karnak Temple and Luxor temple are both very interesting as is the avenue of the sphinx connecting both. After seeing these I asked the driver to leave me at the Luxor Souq which is a local market beside Luxor Temple. The famous Winter Palace hotel is only a short walk away too. PS I also did the night time light and sound show at Karnak, it is not worth it, simply a 80 minute long audio guide of the history of the place with different things lit up from time to time and only seating for the last 20 minutes!
