Wow - Karnak is very beautiful, the complex is absolutely great, vast and stunning, there is so much to see that even after a whole afternoon there I still didn't see it all, every little corner and pathway has something different I really should have spent just here at karnak. There are small cafes and around to order food and drinks .There is also a really good gift shop where you can buy egyptian souvenirs.

Fairytale Luxor - The temple is fabulous and alone is worth the trip to Luxor, but what I find unacceptable on the part of the authorities who manage this site is to leave two very dirty, smelly and difficult to reach bathrooms available to hundreds of people who visit the temple every day. , inside a sort of old and dirty caravan, with three local people asking for money for a paper handkerchief to clean themselves. A shame!

An excellent trip to Luxor - Abdul was very polite and knowledgeable. He had come prepared for the trip, along with photographs and other material to really help us visualise the true Egyptian history. He had good knowledge about the history of the place and was able to stitch together a great itinerary for us. Our trip was totally relaxed as Abdul took care of all the formalities like tickets, arranging the boat trip to travel from the west bank to the east bank. Bonus point: he took great pictures of us. Would highly recommend Abdul for your next trip to Luxor.

Amazing Place - I am not sure I can describe Karnak Temple in all its glory but i will try.The temple was built on the Nile river around 2050 bc it has 134 columns, a grand avenue of sphinxes & obelisks and much more. The block of pink granite for queen Hatshepsut is amazing, & to think it's in one piece. All the columns are engraved & some have painted figures on them there is also a sacred lake. This is a must see if you go to Egypt.

Best part of our trip to Egypt - This is the best way to see East and West Bank in one day, so if you don't have more than a day, this is the way to go. Everything that you will see is well worth it and the lunch is at a very interesting Banana Island. We took felucca ride before lunch and that proved to be great experience and a great break from sightseeing. We highly recommend it.

Antient history live! - Amazing Karnak Temple, so huge and impressive. Even more amazing (if possible) The Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Valley of the Kings. To be in this part of Egypt and not visit these, it would be a huge mistake. I am pretty sure we will go again!

Temple karnak - Very nice location, especially in April when the temperature is still very good, about 29 degrees, it is really unbelievable how much is still standing after so many years, but be careful with everyone walking around, they all want to help but they always want money for it For example, we will take a photo of you together, yes and if you want to pay back your mobile phone, the supervisors themselves want money for everything they do, so remember, nothing is free in Egypt.

A place where civilisation started in time over 4000 years back. - Believed to be over 4000 years old this is the place from where beginning of time or the creation started & civilisation conceived the creation of the world. Gigantic 134 pillars dedicated to Amun adorn as you enter this temple. You are at the house of the 'Father' where each 'Pharaoh' thought of himself as a son and wish to leave his mark on it trying to outdo the earlier 1. This is still in very good condition and preserved immaculately. Try visiting this place early morning to escape the crowds that will throng at this place after 9Am. Karnak temple 'Light & Sound' show is the best even surpassing the pyramids show. Do not miss it. Will visit this place again!!
