2 days Luxor - A perfectly organized trip to Luxor!! All special requests were taken into account. Communication was absolutely problem-free, reminders of the pick-up time via WhatsApp, vehicle license plate number given in advance. German-speaking tour guide with enormous expertise and tips on the little things that you can quickly get over on your own, e.g. in the trenches. Absolutely recommendable.

Great trip with a great driver and an outstanding tour guide - We were picked up at the hotel on time shortly after 4 a.m. Toni is a very good and courteous driver. We felt very safe with him at all times. Just before Luxor, our tour guide Nasch got on. We had never experienced so much warmth and knowledge in one person. Not only was he able to explain everything to us very clearly, as a professor of hieroglyphs he was also able to read everything to us in the temples and burial chambers. Since he knew the processes of the major tour operators, he always planned our tour so that we were there before the crowds at almost all stops. The lunch was typically Egyptian and very delicious. The trip was a complete success and we can 100% recommend it.

Great trip with lots of information and a resourceful travel guide - We had a great trip to Luxor from Marsa Alam. The journey was a bit too fast for us (we told the driver that), but at least we had the advantage that we were one of the first groups to arrive in Luxor and were therefore able to enjoy the day's program without the large crowds. This was mainly thanks to the good tips from our tour guide, who adapted the tour a little for us (Luxor instead of Karnak Temple, early lunch at 10:30 a.m. - but OK if you got up at 3:30 a.m.! Valley of the Kings at lunchtime). Our tour guide spoke extremely good German and, as a former professor of Egyptology, was very knowledgeable about history/art history. We would be happy to recommend Memnon Reisen.

A more than fantastic day trip!!! - We took part in the "Luxor private tour" day trip as a couple. We were picked up by our driver in front of the hotel lobby at 4:30 am sharp and drove to Luxor for about four hours. At the Karnak Temple, we were greeted very warmly by our guide Malek and began the tour. At each location on our tour, we received detailed information from him and afterwards we were given time to explore on our own, where we were able to take lots of beautiful pictures. Throughout the entire tour, our well-being was always taken care of and, for example, cool drinks were always provided. Lunch on the Nile promenade in Luxor was also great and, above all, plentiful. We would particularly like to praise our guide Malek. A really fantastic and friendly person who speaks German like his native tongue and, in addition to his excellent knowledge of Egyptology, also has so much knowledge of, for example, the German way of life and history that the conversations were never boring. My wife and I agreed that it was one of the best holiday experiences we've had so far and definitely the best tour with the best guide. Many thanks again to Malek and the whole team!

Nice trip to Luxor - For our first holiday in Egypt, we were looking for an operator for a private, small group trip to Luxor. Based on the many positive reviews, we came across Memnon Reisen. We were not disappointed. Our trip began in Marsa Alam, where we were picked up in a modern minibus by our two drivers. They took turns on the long journey, so that we always felt safe despite the traffic. In Luxor, our guide Naschaat joined us. He spoke perfect German and, based on his experience at university, was able to tell us lots of interesting facts about the sights. The temples were very interesting, and they chose good times when there were few tourists. This made this one of our most interesting and educational trips ever.

If you go use memnon - This was not only the best day trip of my.life but the veichle, drivers and guide were fantastic. Harby the guide was just an encyclopedia and the way he spoke and his manner was exceptional. It's a privilege to be able to see what we did. Don't take it for granted it breathtaking. We had to change days after the cut off for the cancellation but the date was changed without any costs to us. Highly recommend

Fascinating Luxor with Valley of the Kings - A perfectly organized trip with a very competent guide. Osama, our tour guide, had a lot of informative and interesting things to tell us and at the end suggested a small change and showed us a very interesting temple that wasn't actually on the program. That's the advantage of booking a private tour. The slight surcharge compared to a group tour quickly pays for itself. Toni, our driver, also contributed to the success of the trip, even though the 7 hours in the car for the journey there and back were exhausting. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful day that we wouldn't want to miss. The organization and arrangements were made with Memmnon Reisen via WhatsApp in German. An all-round successful trip, for which we would like to say thank you again.
