Wonderful experience - Great experience. Ahmed, our guide from Aswan to Luxor was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The boat was lovely but they dock side by side and if you’re unlucky the only view you’ll get from your cabin is the side of another boat. Ahmed took us on an extra tour via smaller boat to a Nubian village on The Nile. Thoroughly recommend this. Take your swimwear for this one! Farouk, our guide in Cairo and Alexandria also great. Recommend the sleeper train, you won’t get a lot of sleep on the seated one.

Nile cruise plus Cairo - We have just returned from a Nile cruise plus 3 nights in Cairo with Karisma travel. It was a wonderful experience, everything perfect and with attention to detail, it exceeded our expectations. The motor ship Nile Sinphony is small and basic but welcoming and clean. Very helpful staff and excellent catering, varied, tasty and plentiful food. We visited what was on the program, wonderful sites under the guidance of Haiman, professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and affable who also followed us in Cairo, thanks Haiman. In conclusion it is a trip that I recommend to everyone, a unique experience

Amazing time in Egypt - From the minute I arrived to my last day, Mona and her team made everything seamless. I am a solo traveler from the United States and felt completely safe the entire time. Had plenty of time to see everything I wanted. The Great Pyramids, Sphinx, Luxor, Aswan and all the way up to Alexandria. Farouk was my guide in Cairo and Alexandria, he was informative and a lot of fun! Will be returning in the future and using the same people.

Unforgettable!!! - My wife and I recently decided to venture to Egypt during one of our many international trips. As traveling is nothing new to us, the majority of the time we decide to plan, manage and handle all of our own itinerary and travel plans. But when we began looking at Egypt, we decided it may be best to book a package deal instead of doing our own thing......and man are we glad we did. The staff and guides that work for Here Egypt Tours and managed our booking where nothing short of phenomenal. Several weeks prior to our trip, Mona began reaching out to us to make sure we had all the necessary details we needed, providing very detailed specifics on the trip, various contacts and so much more. Her attention to detail and true customer service was remarkable. But it didn't stop there, Mona made sure to check in with us on a daily basis during our entire journey to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying our time. From Day 1 when Mohamed picked us up directly from the airport, our minds were completely put at ease. Mohamed provided us a briefing on what to expect and some tips/feedback for our trip. When we asked about an ATM close to our destination so we would be able to withdraw some Egyptian Pounds, Mohamed made sure he took us to a reputable ATM, he stood by in case we had any issues and was very respectful of our "space". But one of the biggest tips Mohamed gave and we will never forget......When talking to people in Egypt, don't listen to the voice or their tone, look at the eyes as this will tell you everything. In his words.......we all sound mad when we talk so look at our eyes. Our guide while in Giza was Farouk who had an unbelievable amount of knowledge about the pyramids, sphinx and so much more. He was happy to answer any questions we had and ensure that we had time to stop by a couple reputable souvenir shops for some shopping. When we returned back to Giza, we opted to do a day trip up to Alexandria which Farouk was our guide for again. While we were on the cruise and for our several day journey of tours up and down the Nile, I dont think we could have asked for a better guide than Ahmed. Not only did he keep us well informed, but his knowledge was out of this world. If I didn't know better, I would think he lived in the times of the historical Egyptians. We saw so many sites and temples and I don't think there was a single question asked that Ahmed couldn't answer. He was fun to be around, spent time hanging out with us even outside of the tours and made sure daily that things were going well and we were satisfied. We were paired with a small group which allowed us to meet some new people and make new friends along the way as well. But, here is the biggest thing. EVERY step of the way, even as we were being transferred via the Egypt Train Lines, by various drivers/shuttles, etc, this team made sure we knew exactly what was going on, exactly who our contact was and that we had the ability to communicate with them. We never felt like we were unsure of what to do or where "flying blind" during our trip. Between the multiple points of contact we had, the pictures they would send so we knew who to look for all the way down to literally, someone waiting for us the moment we stepped off the train, we felt safe and well taken care of. In fact, I would almost say they went out of their way to make sure we felt so. I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone that was planning a trip to Egypt and didn't know where to start. Mona and the team will make sure that you have a worry free trip that you will be over joyed about when its all said and done. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Excellent experience, recommended! - Great experience. A bit long, with lots of downtime to plan other excursions. Staff very responsive via WhatsApp. No issues with security. The best part of the trip was the boat ride from Luxor to Aswan. Our tour guide, Mohammed From Luxor was amazing. Energetic and happy to be taking us on a journey, couldn’t have gotten a nicer person. Food was very very good (for buffet style) and we only tip staff lump sum at the end optional). The overnight train from cairo to Luxor was not great, I suggest trying to fly between the two. I ended up taking flight back from Aswan. Overall very nice trip, no issues, great price. Lovely country and people. Once in a lifetime experience.

‘Here Egypt’ above and beyond! - We booked through Viator who referred us to Here Egypt where we were in touch with Mona, she immediately contacted us through WhatsApp which made it really easy to keep in contact. She answered our questions and enquiries straight away. We had quite a complex trip and requested a few changes to which she responded quickly and efficiently. She made the whole booking process stress free. Throughout our trip, if we had any questions, she was there. All the transfers were smooth and Mona checked in with us before each. In Cairo, Mohomad took care of us, alongside Farouk who was a very good guide. Rahim was an amazing driver also, so accommodating to our requests. We weren’t keen on the sleeper train, on hindsight perhaps we should have requested a flight to Aswan and from Luxor. For the cruise we were looked after by the amazing Mohamed Shakour, who was so much more than a tour guide! He was so knowledgeable . We decided on a change of plan and he was there, instantly organising it. Once again, no need for us to worry. The whole team worked together to give us a seamless trip. We were so impressed by the professionalism and efficiency shown by them I would not hesitate to recommend Here Egypt for and friends wanting to visit.

Fantastic Tour Guide Made Our Experience Unforgettable! - I had the most amazing tour experience thanks to our exceptional tour guide. Not only was he super knowledgeable about the area, but he was also incredibly friendly and made my wife and I feel right at home. Throughout the tour, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. I truly appreciate his efforts and can't recommend him enough. Everything about the tour was incredible, and it was all thanks to our fantastic guide.

Negative review of Nile cruise - Avoid large boats because there is no view 75% of the time because the quayside is 15 cm apart. we live like rats, curtains drawn even during the day. If you have to, take a room on the right side. The lefts always go back and forth to the quay with the 4-lane boulevards. It is better to choose hotels in Luxor for example and spend just one day on the Nile. Mediocre food on 5 star boat. The generators work non-stop so there is always noise, suites too expensive for the service especially constant noise from the moorings or crew.. We are not talking about diesel fumes on the upper deck during maneuvers. In short, we do not recommend this type of expensive cruise.
