Rained when we went but... - Rained when we went but it was fine. Super close to dreams Macao. (5min) nice easy excursion. Coming from the US, it might be a bit of a culture shock to see how things are just outside the inclusive resort but I felt perfectly safe with my family(wife and 3 year old).

Live, Love, and Ride - Everyone on the team was absolutely amazing. My husband hates nature but the tour guide and the entire staff demonstrated superb instructions and made us feel extremely comfortable as first-time horse riders. This was an amazing experience the photographer was top tier as well & captured beautiful memories of us that we'll have for a lifetime. Book with them you won't regret it.

We had a blast - It was a very good experience. Definitely worth getting off the resort for. The horses were very well trained.

Best time ever! - Best experience and time! Very friendly amigos, horses were friendly and so much fun to ride. Can’t wait to come back and do it again

Great Experience - I had a nice time. It was my first time being on a horse so I was little nervous but they made sure I was safe. Here are some tips: 1. make sure to let the resort security know in advance that they are picking you up because they will not let them in and you will have to get a ride to the gate to get picked up (you’ll be picked up in a car and before they pick you up you’re sent a picture of the driver and the vehicle, FYI download the WhatsApp it’s used a lot in Punta Cana) . 2. Bring bug spray , because you will be going through the jungle and there are mosquitoes. 3. Wear a hat . Also someone takes your picture throughout the ride to the beach and on the beach, for you to purchase they’re a little pricey ( keep in mind this is how they make their living) to get all the photos or you can pick out which ones you want. All in all it’s a fun experience.

"Fantastic Horseback Riding Experience at a Welcoming Ranch! - I recommend visiting this ranch for a horseback riding experience in the forest and on the beach. The horses are well-treated and the staff is very friendly. We were picked up from our hotel by a chauffeur, which was excellent service. Overall, it was a great experience.

Watch out if you travel alone! - If you are a solo traveler, this probably isn’t the excursion for you. First, I was canceled 30 minutes before I was supposed to go. Then, I was able to reschedule because other people were coming from my resort. However, after waiting for an hour, it turns out the wrong white people were picked up. I finally made it to ride horses, and it was great, but my 20 minute horse ride took all day to sort out. Solo travelers beware.

Riding with bumps. - It started off rocky with the Uber not being allowed on hotel property, it was figured out after about a half hour and they were allowed on because we had two small children who couldn’t walk a mile in the 90 degree heat, once there we were on the horses in a short time and the ride went great horses were well behaved, the beach was full of trash and seaweed except where you take the pictures. Then when we left my husband left his phone in the Ubers car ** which is a part of this company it wasn’t a private Uber ** they did not respond so my husband ended up taking a cab and then they said the driver was 4 hours away….. when he had dropped us off an hour prior. Then they finally agreed to drop the phone off later that night. 100% our fault for leaving the phone but disappointing on the rat chase to get it back. You will be taken advantage of here with no remorse from the locals. Would I do it again ? Yes for the price and what we got it was fine. But be aware .

They messed up big time! - We booked twice and no one picked us up. Very unprofessional and needs to not sell on Viator! I gave them a second chance and they still screwed me. THANKS GEORGE! The F-ery is real! Beware of this company!

Terrible Communication/Customer Service - I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t recommend booking. I was so excited but the whole experience was a disaster! We had our spot booked for 2PM we weren’t picked up until after 3PM and we were not given previous warning. They asked us to move our time back to sunset ride and we said we couldn’t because of other activities we had planned. They completely disregarded our time. The people that I was communicating with on WhatsApp was completely rude! This really messed up our whole day .
