Before the cruise, I had a little surprise planned for my grandson. With the help of the pirate crew, I hid a treasure map on the ship, leading to a small trunk of pirate goodies I had put together from Sinbad’s Treasure Chest. Watching him follow the map and discover his “riches” was a magical moment. His eyes lit up with excitement, and he truly believed he was a pirate king for the day.
