The wild bluefin tuna we serve is unique for being of the highest quality because it is fished with the ancient Phoenician and Roman technique of the Almadraba. It is considered the icon of the coast of the light of Cadiz.

We’re presenting a tasting event featuring Almadraba wild red tuna, prepared in two contrasting styles and different raw cuts. The plate, weighing in at 150 grams, features 1 portion of spicy tuna tartar on a slice of lime, 1 seasoned tuna tartar on a slice of lime, tuna sashimi, a wakame salad with salmon roe and sesame, all paired with wasabi and bull sashimi. Your tasting is accompanied by a wine of your choice: red, white, sparkling, or dry sherry.
