Family tour - The guide was terrific. Knowledgeable and friendly. The museum was very crowded but she managed it well.

Excellent guide but tour company was poorly organized prior to tour. - Bad start...we were scheduled for a 10:00 tour and at 9:45 we received a call that it had been rescheduled to 1:00. Arrived at the location again at 12:30. Very large group, but an excellent guide, Sergio. He was well informed, personable and managed to keep us together and answer questions.

Visit to The Prado - The Prado was very crowded because of end of the year school groups. Our guide was great getting us in quickly & taking us to several highlights, but the pace was really fast. I would have preferred a slightly slower pace so we actually had time to look a little longer at some of the paintings.

Nice your, too detailed on single paintings - The Prado museum is beautiful and one you can manage in a few hours or less. The tour guide was far too detailed and spent almost 20 minutes of the tour on one piece. We ended up leaving the tour and walking the museum on our own.

Tour was OK - Museum was really nice. Tour was ok. Guide was enthusiastic, but it was difficult to keep the group together in crowded noisy conditions. We left the group after about 20 minutes, and enjoyed the flexibility. Was great to skip the line!
