A true Iberian ham learning experience - Pedro was very knowledgeable. Our suggestion is to do this tour first in Barcelona. We highly recommend this tour

Experiencing a variety of Jamon in Madrid - This was our first of two food tours in Madrid, both with the help of Pedro as our guide. On this journey we learned about and experienced the many grades of Jamon. In addition to Jamon, we also tasted the traditional Spanish vegetable stew which was delicious. Pedro's planning with each stop helped guarantee a wonderful experience.

Jamon tasting - Started off with a delicious local tapas and then moved to a ham house close by. We learned a lot about jamon and got to try a variety of cuts. Pedro was very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any of our questions! Would highly recommend this tour, thank you!

A Top Tapas and Ham tour. - This was one of our favorite tours from our whole trip. Andrew, our tour guide, and also one of the owners of the company, carefully curated the locations and tastings. At each location we were able to sit as a group, learn about what we were tasting and enjoy delicious wine. The pace of the evening was relaxed and the company was great. We had a chance to get to know the others in our group, which made the evening even more fun. We highly recommend this tour!

Vamos a Tapas!!! - We had a great tour with Pedro, who taught us so much about Iberico Jamon, libero wines, tapas in general mixed in with the history of Old Madrid. Such rich history, food and wine! What could go wrong? Nothing! With all that, Pedro was the real treasure, so knowledgeable and personable.
