Easy and convenient . - Easy. Simple. Booked online. No issues. Stored 3 suitcases for 12 days. No reason to be nervous. Will use again if I find myself in a similar situation with a inconvenient suitcase.

All very well - The place where it was kept was a tobacconist. All very easy and fast. The schedule was very good, because you could drop it off and pick it up between eight-thirty in the morning and the afternoon (12 hours).The only catch we had is that you were not told the place where it was going to be kept until you had paid and we would have liked it a little closer to the station (although walking was only 10 minutes).

Easy luggage storage - Easy, safe and very close to Puerta del Sol. Near to metro Sol station, good connections, nice place, good personal and feel to leave my luggage in a safe spot.

Good location and kind people. - Good location, near from Puerta del Sol, and kind people. Nice experience, I recommend it to anyone who needs to leaver their luggage in the city centre.

Good place to leave luggage - Everything very fast and easy. It is very convenient to leave your luggage for a few hours before taking a flight The hostel is 2 minutes from the Sol metro.

Option to value for storing luggage. - Very good service and quite close to Chamarton station. The problem is that it does not matter if you use the service 1 hour than 1 whole day, the price is the same.

Closed premises - Fatal, we were waiting for more than half an hour for the Chinese restaurant where we were supposed to leave our suitcases to open and finally we left because it didn't look like it was going to open. I give it a star because the company responded quickly and offered us alternatives and finally a refund because we had already had to make a living

The person who served us was very unpleasant. - Although the left-luggage service finally ended without incident, the person who served us was very unpleasant. It's a shame that people who work in front of the public are so rude. It made us want to take our suitcases somewhere else.
