Amazing travel experience in Madrid - What a great way to spend a few hours in the afternoon. I’m traveling by myself, and this is a great way to have a lot of fun and meet new people. The food was delicious, as was the “bottomless” wine and beer. You will not leave here full or sober (if you so choose). Plus, you’ll laugh, have fun, and learn how to make some amazing paella. If you’re considering this as an excursion, do it. The staff are great, always have a smile, and treat you extremely well. Not a single bad thing to say about this.

Perfectly Spent Afternoon - This was the perfect thing to do on our first day in Madrid after traveling from Miami via Dallas. The staff were a pleasure and very knowledgeable on the subject matter, which was a Paella experience. The facility is perfectly arranged, in a 125 year old historic building. We were divided into pairs and given a cooking station which was prepared with all the ingredients needed to prepare our specific type of Paella. After cooking we went down into what had once been a wine cellar and were seated at a large dinning table for homemade gazpacho and their version of the Madrid special calamari sandwich. After the staff brought down the four types of paella we all had made for a massive tasting, followed by a special desert of Catalan Cream and Churros.

Must do in Madrid! - Must do experience in Madrid!! We arrived 15 minutes early, and were greeted with a sparkling wine by Martin. He was friendly and attentive to all of the guests. Everything was explained clearly which made the process easy and fun. It was very organized with two other staff members available for questions and making sure our wine glasses were never empty. And oh the food…smelled divine while cooking and tasted even better!! After we were done with the cooking portion, we went downstairs to a long family style table with the other guests. We enjoyed two appetizers, more wines and dessert in addition to the multiple different types of paella that were prepared. Overall a wonderful experience and one we will remember.

It was a fun experience - Very entertaining and the bottomless wine is true and good stuff i would only recommend maybe having a smaller class so you can have more one on one like maybe 6 people a class and watch the seasoning on the marinaded chicken or don't add salt to the pallea but all in all very good class and recommend it
