Great tour of Madrid - Great time, exploring the palace and the Prado museum along with a little bit of walking tour. All four of us in the family had a great time. It was nice to have the Walk tour in between the palace and the Prado Museum. It was not expecting that and that was a nice little cherry on top. We traveled with a teenager and a preteen.

Good to see the sites - It was a good experience. Its a walking tour which I was not expecting. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us soooo much information. We didn’t have time to stop by and take pictures at these sites. I wish she slowed down for photos vs trying to overload so much info. Our teens became impatient. The sites were lovely.

The museum and palace... - The museum and palace were great but our tour guide was not energetic and did not kept the group together - on walking tour we were running after her as she paid no attention to where we were !!! The microphones did not work well in museum and we got separated from the group and there was no concern in her part and we missed about 20 minutes of the tour - when we tried to talk to her she argued with us instead of apologizing
