Easy going and comfortable - Davis was kind and added humor to the informative tour. Worth the cost. The Prado is very memorable.

Fantastic - Davis was an absolutely fantastic guide! We was so knowledgeable and provided a fun spin on the tour. We ended up being the only people on the group tour. We would love to specifically request him again on our next trip to Madrid

A great experience in this world class art museum - Davis was our guide and really brought the exhibits to life at this wonderful art museum. He way very knowledgeable and his delivery was clear and interesting. 90 minutes was just about right to see the highlights of this vast place. Would recommend

A must see WITH a guide. - Iker, my tour guide was fantastic. He knew a tremendous amount about the art, the artists, the history , Spain, etc. I highly recommend Iker for anyone visiting the Prado museum. Mucho Gracias Iker!!

Wonderful experience - Davis was terrific! He guided our small group of 5 through the highlights of the Prado, imparting important insights into the artists, styles, history, influences, and culture of the times. Personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Excellent guide and lovely experience.

Great Intro to Madrid + Royal Palace - We were a part of a party of 8 and Sergio did a fantastic job. What's great about this tour is that the first 45 minutes are used to get you acclimated to Madrid and its history (instead of "just" touring the museum). The palace itself is much-more impressive than we would have thought - beginning with the fact that it's larger than Versailles. The porcelain room (every square inch from floor to ceiling) is quite unique. This is a great walking tour, especially soon after arriving into Madrid.

Awesome Experience! - We had Ruban and he was so knowledgeable and funny! We likely would not have enjoyed the museum without his insights, truly a great time!

Unnecessarily poor guide. - Though our guide Ruben had a lot of knowledge to impart, we found it almost impossible to understand his English. And I'm very, very good with languages and Europeans' efforts to speak English. All the others on our tour felt the same way. Additionally, we found Ruben to be somewhat condescending to us...his attitude was a turnoff, unecessarily putting us individually on the spot in a brusque manner from time-to-time. It's too bad because he actually made some very interesting obsevations...the few times we could follow him. He turned the tour into an unpleasant ecperience; that's the first time I've said that about a Viator-recommended guide.

Hurry up and wait, wait, wait…. - We arrived as directed -15 minutes early. Waited a half an hour for the guide who was late. He had to go to a line to get the tickets-another 20 minutes. Then a line to get into the Prado -another 15 minutes. So 59 minutes wasted before entering the museum. Guide was knowledgeable. Tour ended in less than an hour and a half. Very frustrating morning!
