Remarkable and exciting experience - The guide Ana Velasco is fantastic, super friendly, full of content, she shares all the information in a dynamic and charismatic way with the children. We go back to our school days with the stories of each art. Not to mention the excellent service and receptiveness of the entire team. I highly recommend

Visit to the Prado and Reina Sofia Museum - I would like to thank Andrea's team, all of whom were exceptional, we visited 2 museums Prado and Reina Sofia, both with super experienced guides who were very patient as we were 4 adults and 4 teenagers aged 11 to 14.
from the reception outside, entry, inside the museums to exit, truly an incredible experience.
We had transfers with them too, always on time and super polite drivers.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Our guide, Carlos, was amazing. He... - <p>Our guide, Carlos, was amazing. He did a great job of highlighting the main pieces throughout the museum and was extremely personable. We had no idea what to expect going in and were extremely impressed with the individualized attention he gave us and how he went over and above to take us throughout the exhibit. We had a great tour and it left us wanting to see more! It was very easy to connect with Carlos at the museum and he is most certainly what made the tour an exceptional experience!</p>
