Private Transfer is the way to go! - We had 3 vans for our group of 19. We received timely confirmation of who our drivers are and where we will meet. Service was amazing!

Excellent Driver - Our driver, Annabelle , was wonderful. She communicated with us from the time the plane landed until we met up after going through immigration and baggage claims. She patiently waited while I filed a lost and found claim for an item left on the plane. The ride to our hotel was quick and comfortable. I would definitely use this service again.

Private transfer from Madrid International Airport. - We had a private transfer from Madrid International Airport to our hotel in Madrid . We were met by Michael, who had been communicating with us prior to pick up. We were running a bit late but he was very polite and patient and was there to greet us when we got to arrivals. He was very well dressed and took our baggage for us and got us safely to the hotel . The van we booked was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and use this company again.

Excellent Service - Our driver Michael communicated with me via WhatsApp as soon as our plane landed in Spain. He gave me clear instructions on where to go after baggage collection. He waited for us even though we came out a bit late. The van is very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this company.

Great ride. - Very nice ride to the hotel from the airport. The driver gave us a ride from the airport to the hotel. We were looking for him to be there holding a sign with my name, but he didn’t. He had actually found a picture of me and he was looking for me. I didn’t look exactly the same as my picture anymore. My hair was dyed. So he couldn’t find me at first. Lol

No call no show - This private transfer was arranged weeks in advance. We were emailing 24 hours before they were scheduled to pick up and I reiterated the date and time. They never came to pick up. I called multiple times and the one time they did pick up they hung up on me because I didnt speak Spanish. Very disappointed in this lack of service.

Disorganized. Incompetent - Organized trip Asturias Benidorm. Outbound: Direct flight planned to Alicante. It doesn't get plane tickets for everyone and you have to do Asturias-Madrid, Madrid-Alicante. Return: after 7 hours of waiting at the airport, it is discovered that he did not get plane tickets and the bus has to return
