Huge and opulent palace - The palace is one of the most fascinating buildings i have seen with over 500 years of history and different rooms displaying the tastes of different eras.

Impressive Spanish culture - Excellent presentation by our guide! Such an impressive memory for our family (young adult ages)! European history is a rich experience to begin to understand the pride and interconnection of these nations.

Tour should be labeled properly. - I signed up for an English speaking tour, but it ended up being bilingual. In a bilingual tour the guide has to give the information in 2 languages and there is not enough time to do that. The tour should have been labeled bilingual not English. People should know ahead of time what tour they are buying.

Madrid - The Royal Palace was a really nice place to visit. Our tour guide was awesome. I purchased yours in English yet at the Prado Museum they had us incorrectly in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. So this tour was no good.

Liars/unprofessional/unorganized/disrespectful. Don’t book with them!!! - We booked the tour and they didn’t appear. After almost 2 hours waiting and trying to reach them, a guide told us the tour had been canceled and they didn’t inform us. They offered about her tour 2 days later and we arrived 45 minutes earlier. Again nobody appeared. They read the WhatsApp messages and didn’t answer or replied the phone calls. We lost again 2 hours and had no tour. We could have had a tour with get your guide, viator or Civitatis and in the end it is left Madrid without the guided tour. They are unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful liars… just criminals! Don’t book with them!!! Unprofessional and liars. Disrespectful!

Just terrible. - Absolutely terrible communication. Worst experience with tour company ever. No communication from Viator. Freelance tour guide mystery texts with changing time and location. Worst ever.

We were 4 minutes late to... - We were 4 minutes late to the meeting point, since we knew were running late, we tried to contact the tour company, they didn’t answered, when they finally answered they said it was too late! We went directly to the palace get our tickets with guided tour for 28 euros instead of 48 that we paid here.

Canceled my tour after confirming - Booked this tour through Viator and received confirmation. Day before the tour the company called to cancel saying they had no availability. Tour should not be advertised as available if it isn’t.
