Great experience - It was amazing, Borja was a really nice person and explained everything in detail 100% recommend ( I did the tour in Spanish but they have it in English too)

Royal Palace highlights - The Royal Palace is a remarkable piece of history and stunning collection from the Royal family of Spain. The guide provided lots of background details and historical context for what we saw in each room. Perfect way to skip long entrance lines and receive additional information about each room. Quick and able to see additional sites in Madrid in the same day.

Excellent tour and guide - This tour is excellent. Our guide, Ishmael was fantastic. He was informative, funny, and very accommodating. I wish all your guide were like him.
You see many rooms and learn a lot about Spanish history on this tour. I highly recommend this tour guide.

I really liked learning more about the symbolic details of Spain. - Excellent service and attention. I liked learning more about real Spanish culture not only as seen in books but really in depth about all the situations that have happened throughout real Spanish History.

Disappointed with Friends Tour - We scheduled a tour of the Prado at 9:45 am. We received an email saying that the tour had changed to 10:45 am. The day before we received a reminder for the 9:45 am tour and arrived at 9:30 am as requested.
We arrived early and waited for more than 1 hour and ended up missing the next tour that we had booked with another company.
FRIENDS MADRID TOUR IS DESOTGANIZADI/ NOT RELIABLE!
