Good bad - Our guide Monica was fantastic The bus boarding was terrible. A map not a confusing street address would have helped find the meeting place

Good trip but disappointed with included lunch - Tour was really good. The guide (Eva) did a great work, clear explanations, always concerned with the group (seem to have an eye on everyone all the time), with good walking times and interesting information. We bought the option with gourmet lunch and that unfortunately was not so good. The menu is quite strict (you are going to taste local food almost without alternatives to pick) and in a beautiful, warm, sunny day, we were placed in the basement where there was no windows (even though they had enough room to have us on the ground floor or even outside under the sun umbrellas). That is not what I call a Gourmet experience, especially when there are a lot of good options in the lunch location. The guided tour is definately (very) good but due to the "Gourmet" lunch I can only rate it as an average experience. Advise to others: Buy the tour without "Gourmet" lunch.

Trip to Segovia with momuments - Very disappointed. We thought we could spend time at the castle and did not even get near it. Most of the time was spent in two Cathedrals, which are on every corner in Spain. Paid for an English tour and most of the trip was lost in translation, although the translator tried her best. Would not recommend. Rent a car and go on your own
