Best Wine and cheese tasting in Madrid! - For our first day in Madrid we had booked this event. We met both Paulo and Marcos the two owners and they were very welcoming and friendly from the very first moment. We felt like meeting old friends. They showed great knowledge about the wines and cheeses from different regions in Spain. They presented them in a very relaxed way, just as if you were talking to friends! We highly recommend this activity,
If you have more days in Madrid why not also try their Paella activity!

We did, indeed, enjoy the Spanish wine and cheese tasting hosted by MARCOS. He was a knowledgeable - and affable! - host who never made us feel like rubes đŸ™‚ The wines were each unique in their taste and even more so when paired with specific cuts of cheese. We learned which regions of Spain each hailed from and why those areas were prominent to their taste. When our experience concluded, we purchased a bottle of AURORA D'Espiells 2022, went back to the hotel, ordered a culinary cheese plate and practiced whatever we could recall đŸ˜‰
