Fantastic start to our holiday - Eva showed us delicious tappas and drinks in the heart of Madrid. We were told a lot about the history and she took us on a walk through the center. A fantastic start to our holiday

Exceptional private tour - We had a lot of fun learning about Madrid and exploring the charms on Spanish street with Ari. She is a very passionate food tour guide with a fun personality to bring out the best in you. Highly recommend Ari to travellers wanting to experience Madrid like the locals.

Fun and delicious way to see Madrid - Ari was engaging and full of interesting facts about Madrid and the history of the foods we tried. She clearly loves her city and food and it made for a very fun and engaging experience. Would definitely recommend!

A superb tour - This tour was superb. Julian is a very personable guy who took us to places we would never have known about including a superb historic tavern that makes its own Vermouth.
Investing for three hours with him was absolutely value for money.

Tasty tour! - Madrid is a beautiful city where its history is showcased with the food they serve. We had an amazing tour learning about the food, why the various dishes were so popular while getting to try a multitude of new flavors! We had an absolute blast!

A GREAT Food tour! - Ariadna is a great tour guide. She walked us around the palace and cathedral and then we started the food tour.She had lots of great stories as we walked, and took us to amazing local places. The food was marvelous! She also sent me a list of all the places we went to so we could revisit later. That was really helpful! all in all, it was a great time. Thank you, Ariadna!

Great local intro - Mateo was a lovely young man. Both friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to for some great local for classic tapas and steered us away from tourist traps.

Recommend but take it early. - Tour guide was very good. But he was late and a number of the places were closed. 330 is to late for this tour.

Disappointing. Not worth the money. - The Vermouth stop was interesting. The second stop was basic local food. The last stop was very disappointing. Cold French fries with sauces. The tour guide did not give detailed descriptions of food, did not seem to be passionate about food. Did not know the wines that were available. She spoke to individuals but not the group. Been on great food tours, this was not one of them. Disappointed.

Worst food, guide and tour ever - This was the Worst tour ever! Do not waste your money. Be aware this starts in the alternative section of Madrid, there are 6 ft penis posters. For 4 people we were only given 2 small drinks (3oz) during the tour- 4 stops , we had to ask/pay for water. The “tasting” were small plates, 8 total in 3 spots. All but 2 were terrible- one was pig blood sausage- the last stop was a fast food tapas place- the guide was terrible. No personality, she didn’t eat or drink and lectured about alcohol and sugary food- she even went off about how she hated “fat people” this tour was not fun- one stop was a church for homeless and addicts- which is sweet- but not on a Taste of Madrid Tour. Please do not book this tour- it is not worth it!
